Qualifications and Skills

• Extensive experience in plumbing (Mandatory skill)
• Proficient in statistical analysis for evaluating project costs and risks
• Knowledge of machine learning for predictive modeling in construction projects
• Ability to visualize data effectively to communicate insights and trends
• Experience in predictive modeling to forecast project outcomes and budgets
• Understanding of big data frameworks for construction project management
• Advanced skills in SQL for database management and reporting
• Strong understanding of cost management principles and practices

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage budgets for construction projects
• Conduct cost analysis and ensure the financial efficiency of projects
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to determine project specifications
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors
• Monitor changes in design to assess the effect on project cost
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Analyze project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
• Provide regular financial progress reports to management
