Production Planning & Distribution Executive 

Responsibilities:

·        Production planning: Predicting future demand for products SKU wise based on historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors(Manpower/ Machinery and holidays).

·        Resource Allocation: Determining the necessary resources including manpower in coordination with HR and Production, raw materials, machinery performance condition and finances required to meet the forecasted demand.

·        Inventory Management: Balancing inventory levels to meet demand without excessive surplus or shortages, which involves minimizing carrying costs and the risk of stockouts.

·        Manage warehousing and storage facilities, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.

·        Manage FG warehouse for effective space utilization and perform physical stock audit.

·        Being able to adjust plans in response to changes in demand, resource availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.

·        Overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the distribution process to ensure smooth and timely flow of goods from the point of origin to the point of consumption

·        Processing customer orders SKU wise accurately and efficiently, from order receipt to delivery and ensure e-way bill are processed before dispatch.

·        Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, to align distribution strategies with overall business objectives.

·        Implement systems and technologies to streamline distribution processes and enhance operational efficiency.

• Knowledge in Tally
• Below 35Years

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5years of experience in production planning and distribution management or logistics, with a proven track record of success in production planning and optimizing distribution operations.
