Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nursing Incharge to join our team at Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy. As a Nursing Incharge, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the nursing department in a multispeciality hospital. This role requires a Mid-Level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Erode, Tamil Nadu, India and is a Full-Time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Nursing Supervisor or similar leadership role
• Excellent clinical and managerial skills
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and regulations
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Leadership qualities with a focus on motivating and empowering the nursing team
• Familiarity with computerized documentation systems and electronic medical records
• Valid nursing license
• Prior experience in a multispeciality hospital will be an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the nursing department operations in a multispeciality hospital
• Manage and lead a team of nurses, ensuring they provide high-quality patient care
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
• Ensure efficient staff scheduling and allocation of resources to meet patient needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff, providing regular feedback and coaching
• Handle and resolve patient complaints and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient care and staff activities
• Participate in hiring, training, and onboarding new nursing staff members

Experience:Min 5years as a staff nurse or Senior nurse
