Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse to join our team. This position is suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role is a full-time position located in Coimbatore, Erode, or Palani. The ideal candidate will possess essential nursing skills and provide high-quality patient care.

Qualifications and Skills

• Patient Care: Ability to provide and coordinate patient care in a hospital or clinic setting, ensuring all patient needs are met.
• Medical Knowledge: Understanding of medical terminologies, procedures, and treatments relevant to the nursing profession.
• Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills to effectively manage patient situations and ensure optimal outcomes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Empathy: Compassionate approach to patient care, understanding the emotional and physical needs of patients.
• anm: Qualification in Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery appreciated but not mandatory.
• gnm: Qualification in General Nursing and Midwifery appreciated but not mandatory.
• bsc nursing: A Bachelor's degree in Nursing appreciated but not mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Administering medications to patients and monitoring for any adverse reactions.
• Assisting doctors during medical procedures and examinations.
• Recording patients' medical histories, vital statistics, and test results in medical records.
• Providing patient education on disease prevention and health maintenance.
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients by adhering to sanitation standards.
• Documenting care and treatment plans and reporting any changes in patient condition to medical staff.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Offering emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
