Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Assist in diagnostic tests, procedures, and examinations under the supervision of medical staff.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients by following healthcare protocols and guidelines.
• Support emergency care by responding to medical emergencies and providing first aid as necessary.
