Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative with 1 to 3 years of experience in the Printing Industry. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role
• Experience in the printing industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of packaging solutions and printing techniques
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and other communication channels to generate leads
• Understand client needs and requirements and provide suitable solutions using our range of printing and packaging services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services and explaining their benefits
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and new products/services in the printing and packaging industry
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales objectives
• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
