Qualifications and Skills

• Inside sales experience in a retail environment, preferably in home appliances or air conditioners
• Strong showroom sales skills with a focus on customer service and customer handling
• Excellent product knowledge of air conditioners and home appliances
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build customer relationships

Roles and Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in the AC showroom, provide product information, and assist in sales transactions
• Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a pleasant shopping experience
• Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the showroom
