Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team in Madurai. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various design disciplines and be proficient in the use of industry-standard software.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential.
• Strong understanding of typography principles and ability to apply them effectively.
• Good grasp of color theory and how to use color effectively in design.
• Excellent visual communication skills to create compelling designs.
• Capable of creating detailed and engaging illustrations when required.
• Experience in layout design (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in print design (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in digital design (Mandatory skill).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create visual concepts by hand or with the help of computer software to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.
• Develop layouts and designs for print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and business cards.
• Work on digital designs including social media graphics, web banners, email templates, and advertisement materials.
• Collaborate with other team members to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet client expectations.
• Maintain consistency and quality across all design projects, ensuring all work aligns with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and software updates to ensure your skills stay relevant and cutting-edge.
• Be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Assist in the creation of promotional content for the company’s internal and external communications.
