Roles and Responsibilities

  • Generate sales leads and meet or exceed sales targets for plumbing products within the designated region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand market demands.
  • Provide detailed information about plumbing products, including features, benefits, and usage, to clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to maintain a high level of satisfaction.
  • Regularly update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the company's products and services.
