Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and promoting our products/services in the field. You will be instrumental in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• B2B and B2C
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
• Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and existing clients, showcasing our products/services and their benefits.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and updates to the Sales Manager.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to inform product development and improve service delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
