This position is for handling customer enquiries and submitting proposals on time and converting opportunity to Orders. Ensuring customers satisfaction, supervising and managing the customer service team, training staff members to provide the highest standards of customer service. Key result areas Review the daily in-warded enquiries, allot to the right team member in his team with clearly set requirements and timeline. Price calculation and price verification. Commercial Administration in coordination with Sales, CS-Technical, Design, PPC, Production, Material Management & etc., Enquiry and Quotation Management. Coordinate with field engineers & Customers for all the details required to process the enquiry. Ensuring on time submission of quotation. Follow-up and conclude orders with field engineers & customers. Ensure order confirmation sent on time with accuracy. Planning of semi-finished goods and critical raw materials/spares. Ensuring on time delivery of material/service to customer. Preparing MIS reports. Improve customer service process constantly by setting policies and standards.

Education DME, BE Mechanical Engineering, Automobile, Production, Electrical
Experience 12 to 15 years of experience in the engineering industry and a minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in customer service department.
