Job Overview:
Customer Support Executive within the travel industry. This full-time position is based in Madurai, ideal for freshers with up to 1 year of work experience. The role requires handling customer interactions through chat and call support, ensuring customer satisfaction in the travel sector. Leveraging excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) will be crucial to succeed in this position.
Qualifications and Skills:

- Proficiency in English to comprehend and respond accurately to customer needs.
- Experience in customer support is beneficial, with the ability to handle chat and call support effectively.
- Active listening skills to understand and address customer issues accurately.
- Basic problem-solving skills required to identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat and phone calls, ensuring timely and effective support.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide suitable assistance.
- Manage a high volume of interactions simultaneously, maintaining quality service throughout.
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information using the right tools and resources.
- Communicate effectively with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that customer concerns are resolved swiftly and efficiently.
- Continuously seek ways to improve customer service quality and efficiency.
