Job Overview

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager specializing in Jewellery Sales. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in customer relationship management within the jewellery sector, emphasizing enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience is required for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential jewellery clients.
  • Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the jewellery segment.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and effective problem-solving.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profit margins while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer information and sales data efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth in the jewellery sales sector.
  • Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and client interactions.
