We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager specializing in Jewellery Sales. Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential jewellery clients.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the jewellery segment.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and effective problem-solving.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profit margins while maintaining client satisfaction.
