Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in CNC programming and operation with a focus on turn mill machines.
• Proficient in facing, knurling, cutting, and grooving techniques.
• Strong knowledge of CNC Mill and CNC Operation principles and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in machining tasks.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production processes.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a team environment.
• Capability to adjust and set up CNC machines and conduct quality checks.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC turn mill machines to produce precision parts.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections and measurements to ensure parts meet engineering specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and update programming documents and machine logs accurately.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Train and mentor junior operators as required.
• Continuously seek improvements in machining practices and recommend process enhancements.
