Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Bookkeeper with expertise in QuickBooks for a full-time position based in Chennai. Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of work experience in bookkeeping and accounting. The ideal candidate will be proficient in UAE Accounting, KSA taxation, and Zoho Books.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in UAE Accounting (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in KSA taxation (Mandatory skill)
• Familiarity with Zoho Books (Mandatory skill)
• Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, ensuring accuracy in financial records
• Ability to generate comprehensive financial reports and analyses
• Understanding and application of UAE VAT regulations
• Experience with QuickBooks software for various accounting tasks
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills to manage financial documentation effectively

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using QuickBooks
• Record and categorize expenses, income, and other financial data
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and KSA taxation regulations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Conduct periodic account reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data
• Collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes and procedures
• Provide financial insights and support during audits
