We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Accountant - Tally to join our team at Kukulkan Manpower Consultancy. As an Assistant Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks using Tally software. This is a full-time position based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Proficiency in using Tally software for accounting purposes
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance procedures

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records using Tally software
• Process and reconcile invoices, bills, and other financial documents
• Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other compliance documents
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Assist with payroll processing and recordkeeping
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Assist in monitoring and managing cash flow
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Support the senior accountants in day-to-day accounting tasks
