Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Tally ERP and accounting principles
- Experience in stock management and handling
- Knowledge of labour management and payroll processing
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com)
- Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, stock management, and labour management
- Handle day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management review
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
