FIRMWARE Engineer - Chennai(Male)
We are looking for the Firmware Engineer with good knowledge in Embedded hardware and Software . Resource should have strong Knoweledge C, C++ programming
- Should have minimum of 3+ years of experience in C programming
- Preferably B.E, B.Tech (CSE/IT), MCA. M.Sc (IT/CSE) graduates.
- Salary from 18,000 to 50,000 Per Month
- 3+ years of professional experience with software/firmware development
- Experience writing firmware targeting AMR7 Cortex, STM32 , PIC, Renesas 3+ years.
- Experience in SPI, I2C, CAN Serial Protocols
- Experience in SRAM, FLASH EEPROM Emulation
- Experience in TFT Graphic Display, Cross Platform GUI Development
- Expert knowledge of Eclipse IDE / STM32CubeIDE, STM32CubeMX.
- Experience developing against TI Chipcon Wireless, Bluetooth LE, WiFi stack - 1+ years
- Knowledge of IEEE 802.15.4 Stack , LoRa , TCP/IP, WebSocket, MQTT.
- Knowledge of Understanding Protocol stacks and modular integration
- Experience in Firmware Development & Simulation using VS Code, MS VC++, C#
- Knowledge of Linux Kernel, RPi.
- Version Control Using any of Github and/or Jira / Bitbucket skills
- Solid communication skills. Critical thinking with strong problem solving skills
Roles & Responsiblities
- Design and implement software of embedded devices and systems from requirements to production and commercial deployment
- Work with developers and project managers to support the preparation of hardware, software, and firmware needed to align, calibrate, and create new products.
- Assist with embedded firmware development for a Wireless & IoT based device.
- Formulate and design firmware and embedded software using company firmware standards, legacy product methods, mathematical models, industry tools, and new ideas.
- Contribute to design inputs, verification and validation testing, and certifications.
- Review code and design
- Work independently as well as in an Agile software development team.
- Complete other duties as assigned, related to the development of software & hardware devices and their supporting infrastructure, integration, and production functions.
