Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, highly creative, and has a proven track record of driving engagement and growth across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic across all relevant platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Create and curate engaging content for social media channels, including written posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
• Manage all social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring trends.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, including platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, design, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
• Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to expand reach and drive partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and solve problems.
