Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team at Kuberjee Tech Private Limited. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing financial data, communicating with clients, and contributing to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational and communication skills. This is a full-time position located in Surat, Gujarat, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role
• Strong knowledge of financial data analysis and reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of business and finance principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Experience with Tally and Goods and Services Tax (GST) is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts
• Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial statements
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal financial processes
