We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Tele Caller to join our team at Kuber Financial Services Private Limited. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year experience to kick-start their career in the financial services industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner
• Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships

• Experience in calling or telemarketing will be an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and provide information about our financial services
• Generate leads through cold calling and lead sourcing
• Follow up on leads and appointments, and provide excellent customer service
• Handle inbound lead generation and respond to customer inquiries
• Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation and conversion
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
