Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Kuber Financial Services Private Limited. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in attracting and hiring top talent for our company. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, and we are specifically looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
- Experience using various sourcing tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions
- Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and skills
- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events and career fairs
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates and industry professionals
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team
