Job Overview
We are hiring a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Kuber Financial Services Private Limited. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to clients
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with their financial service needs, including loan operations, mortgage servicing, and mortgage underwriting
- Guide customers through the loan application process and provide accurate information about our financial offerings
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed customer support
