About the job===== SUMMARY ===== The "Business Development" Manager is responsible for prospecting new clients by networking, cold calling, advertising or other means of generating interest from potential clients. The Manager will focus on developing a rapport with new clients and set targets for sales and provide support that will continually improve the relationship. Also required to grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients, while developing the pipeline of new business coming into the company. ===== ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ===== Develop a thorough knowledge of the market, our competitors and the solutions and services that KSP providesDevelop partnership relationships with new/potential clients executive level personnel in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Internal Audit and ITFormulating and executing best practices in generating leads, tracking opportunities and leveraging BDM servicesManaging account timeline, budget and other critical administration responsibilitiesCold call as appropriate within market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunitiesMeet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your networkIdentify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organizationResearch and build relationships with new clientsUse a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriatelyAssist the practice leaders in the creation of proposals for engagementsWork with consulting staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needsArrange and participate in internal and external client debriefsAttend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trendsIdentify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in salesUsing knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiatorsSubmit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurateEnsure that data is accurately entered and managed within the CRMTrack and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets ===== QUALIFICATION ===== Recommended to be a Bachelor of ScienceAt least 5 years of business development experience in the client services arenaStrong networking and persuasion skillsExperience prospecting new clientsAbility to research client's needs and identify client challengesStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven closing skills and motivation for salesStrong knowledge of the Philadelphia MarketAbility to meet sales goalsHigh level of professionalismExperience with Google Workspace / Google Apps Email Id : pl@ksp.usMob : 6301845074
