Location - Sector 63 Noida

Shift Timing - 4 am to 1:30 pm (WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY)

5 Days working (Saturday and Sunday fixed off)

Basic Requirements:

* Strong communication Skills.

* Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.

Job Duties:

A recruiter typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

Manage the entire life cycle of the recruitment process for clients in Australia.

Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools.

Evaluate the client's requirements by, for example, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.

Reviewing resumes and interviewing candidates for positions to ensure they meet the job requirements.

Coordinating candidate interviews with hiring managers or human resources representatives.

You need to possess the following qualifications, skills, and behaviors:

Bachelor's degree in HR, Recruitment, or similar

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Strong decision-making ability

Proven ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
