Job description

• Understand the values and vision of the organization and align the activities accordingly
• Protect the Intellectual Property
• Adhere to all the policies and procedures
• Understand the delivery process and participate in the client related support.
• Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
• Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
• Positive attitude and zeal to learn is a must requirement.
• SAP S/4 HANA experience will be an added advantage.
• Must have knowledge of EC, & Indian Payroll implementation experience
• Must have knowledge of OM, PA, TM & Indian Payroll implementation
• ESS, MSS, EP, Travel Management implementation experience will be an added advantage.
• Experience of Success factors will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of HR ABAP will be an added advantage.
• Consultant should be well-versed with all the integrated modules like FI
• Shall be able to implement Indian Payroll independently
• Must have successfully implemented 1+ end to end implementation projects in manufacturing domain.
• The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of respective module to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction.
• Must have working experience on Indian Companies.
• Must be from North India (Hindi - English Speaking) only
