Our enterprise follows C K Prahlad's Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid model and focuses on making coffee grown in Koraput sustainable for the producers and the entire value chain. With our farm partners and retail chain of coffee houses, we are creating magical coffee drinks from Arabica coffee grown in Koraput.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Warehouse Executive to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring efficient management of inventory. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations and must at least be a graduate
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), POS software is a plus.
• Experience with Shopify and Amazon order tracking
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in handling coffee or agricultural products is a plus
• Familiarity with online order tracking systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Must have good working knowledge of MS Office.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse
• Ensure efficient management of inventory and implement inventory control measures
• Receive, store, and organize all incoming products and materials
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and deliveries
• Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to fulfill orders and maintain smooth workflow
• Prepare and process orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling
• Ensure all outgoing shipments are accurately labeled, documented, and tracked
• Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols and regulations
