Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Stewardess or Server to join our team at Kruti Coffee. As a Stewardess or Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests and ensuring their satisfaction. The role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. This is a full-time position based in Cuttack, Odisha, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Stewardess, Server, or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and delivering
• Basic math skills for processing payments
• Team player with excellent time management skills
• Ability to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Certification in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
• Deliver orders to the guests in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with setting up and closing the restaurant
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Provide suggestions and recommendations to guests when asked
• Stay updated on menu items and specials
