Kruti Retail Ventures LLP is a social enterprise established by three medical professionals in 2013. Our mission is to impact coffee growers of Koraput in Odisha, primarily tribal and organic coffee growers. We follow C K Prahlad's Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid model and incubate various impact models to make coffee grown in Koraput sustainable for the producers and the entire value chain. We have farm partnerships and also operate a retail chain of coffee houses in India.


Job Overview


We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. This is a junior-level position, suitable for Female candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination.

Fresh Graduates/Post graduates with fluency in English and MS office also can apply.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in sales coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of CRM software is a plus
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist the sales team in managing and organizing sales activities
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Support the sales team in preparing sales presentations and materials
  • Assist in generating leads and prospecting new clients
  • Maintain sales records and documentation
  • Monitor and track sales performance
  • Contribute to sales team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed
