Job Overview

Junior Recruitment Specialist with 1 to 3 years of experience in sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, talent acquisition, negotiation, and communication skills. Full-Time role based in Bhubaneswar at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP with 11-50 employees in the Food and Beverage Services industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Knowledge of hospitality industry recruitment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field
• This job is a Full-time position to be performed from Office so only local to Bhubaneswar Candidates may apply. (Preferably to KIIT Square)
