Kruti Retail Ventures LLP is a social enterprise that was established in 2013 with the goal of impacting coffee growers in Koraput, Odisha. Our enterprise follows the Fortune at the Bottom of the Pyramid model and aims to make coffee grown in Koraput sustainable for the producers and everyone involved in the value chain. In addition to our coffee cultivation efforts, we have also started a retail chain of coffee houses in India. With 11-50 employees, we are dedicated to creating magical coffee drinks using Arabica coffee grown in Koraput.


Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Process Coordinator to join our team at Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various processes within the company. This is a full-time position based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Freshers with less than 1 year of experience are welcome.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well independently as well as in a team.
  • Detail-oriented and able to analyze data to identify trends or issues.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies is a plus.


Roles and Responsibilities


1. Support our team by managing and coordinating day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and preparing documents.

2. Utilize your expertise in MS-Office to create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and presentations, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

3. Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, memos, and other related documents, ensuring timely delivery to relevant stakeholders.

4.Coordination with all branches

5. Coordination with inhouse team, vendor and customers

6. Vendor list, Sales data, Online Shipment tracking Data upgradation and maintenance

7. Customer Communication
