Qualifications and Skills
- Must have at least 1+ years' experience in food & beverage industry
- Must at least be a graduate with proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Experience in cafe operations auditing
- Strong data analysis skills
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry
- Understanding of hospitality industry practices
- Ability to conduct audits, prepare reports, and analyze data
- Familiarity with dump and wastage reporting processes
- This job requires 20% of travelling to our cafes located in different parts of India and majorly in Odisha
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate cafe operations compliance
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management
- Prepare audit reports and track dump and wastage reports
- Ensure adherence to food and beverage industry standards and regulations

Kruti Coffees success as an impact model can be primarily attributed to our three farm partners: 1.Kindiriguda (A farm owned and entirely maintained by tribal villagers of Kindiriguda in Koraput, Odisha).
