Walk in Fresher Male & Female for Barista Trainee Position

Offered Position: Barista Trainee or Service Team Member in Cafe

Qualifications and Skills

• Freshers with less than 1 year of experience
• Hospitality and F&B service knowledge
• Interest in restaurant and cafe operations
• Keen to learn and grow in the hospitality industry
• Good communication and customer service skills

Required Qualification: 10+2 or Hotel Management degree or diploma.

• (Age criteria: Must be of above 18 years and below 24 years)

Basic requirements: Must have good communications skill, Pleasing personality, aptitude to learn and work in a team.

Stamina to work in a cafe and standing ability for long hours.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Learn and develop barista skills under supervision
• Prepare and serve coffee-based beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee house
• Assist in customer service and handling orders
