As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and preparing a variety of continental dishes. Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Continental Chef or similar role
• Strong knowledge of continental cuisine, including pasta, pizza, and other continental dishes
• Proficient in various cooking techniques and culinary trends
• Ability to create and execute new and innovative dishes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Certification or diploma in culinary arts is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the menu for the continental section
• Prepare and cook continental dishes according to the recipes and quality standards
• Monitor food stock and kitchen supplies, and place orders as needed
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Train and supervise the kitchen staff
• Collaborate with the team to create new and innovative dishes
• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques
• Assist in the development of new menu items
• Manage portion control and minimize waste
• Adhere to cost and quality controls
