• Knowledge of coffee products, brewing techniques, and barista skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
• Degree or diploma in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
