Our mission is to impact coffee growers in Koraput, Odisha, particularly tribal and organic coffee growers. We follow the Fortune at the bottom of the pyramid model and incubate various impact models to make coffee grown in Koraput sustainable for producers and the entire value chain. With farm partners and a retail chain of coffee houses, we are creating magical coffee drinks from Arabica coffee grown in Koraput.
Job Overview
This role of Business Operation Administration is a vital position within our company, Kruti Retail Ventures LLP. As a Business Operation Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. This includes overseeing administrative and operational tasks, managing documentation, coordinating with various departments, and assisting in decision-making processes. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to gain valuable experience in the field of business operations.
