Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Barista to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 1 year of work experience. The Barista will play a vital role in our coffee house by preparing beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Qualifications and Skills

• Barista experience (Mandatory skill): Essential for preparing a variety of coffee drinks to perfection.
• Coffee knowledge (Mandatory skill): Deep understanding of different coffee types and brewing methods.
• Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Espresso Preparation: Proficient in making espresso-based beverages.
• Cash Handling: Skilled in managing cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Responsibility for keeping the coffee house clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• F&B Service: Knowledgeable in food and beverage service to enhance the customer experience.
• Hospitality: Strong sense of hospitality to make guests feel at home and valued.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and espresso beverages according to company standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee house, including equipment and seating areas.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Engage with customers to share information about our coffee and the Kruti Coffee story.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee house.
