- Skills in Brewing techniques and familiarity with Brewmaster tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team

Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages following recipes
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the cafe
- Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons
- Assist in monitoring coffee inventory and equipment maintenance

Kruti Coffees success as an impact model can be primarily attributed to our three farm partners: 1.Kindiriguda (A farm owned and entirely maintained by tribal villagers of Kindiriguda in Koraput, Odisha).
