We are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team at Kruti Coffee. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages to our customers. You will have the opportunity to create unique and delicious coffee drinks using our premium Arabica coffee grown in Koraput, Odisha. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job is located in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a Barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop
• Knowledge of different coffee brewing techniques and ability to prepare a variety of coffee beverages
• Understanding of coffee beans and their origin, preferably experience with Arabica coffee
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and passion for creating visually appealing coffee drinks
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members

Roles and Responsibilities

• Take customer orders and prepare a wide variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brews
• Ensure the quality and consistency of coffee drinks by following specific recipes and brewing techniques
• Operate coffee brewing equipment, such as espresso machines and coffee grinders, to produce high-quality coffee beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the coffee preparation and serving areas
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking their feedback, and suggesting coffee options based on their preferences
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
• Assist in the training of new barista team members
• Keep up to date with industry trends and new coffee products to enhance the customer experience
