We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Technical Designer to bridge the gap between creative concepts and practical production. The ideal candidate will collaborate with design, engineering, and production teams to ensure that design ideas are realized into functional, high-quality, and manufacturable products. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot challenges across the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Development:

• Translate creative designs into detailed technical specifications, including construction details, material specifications, and measurements.
• Develop and maintain technical packs (Tech Packs) that include Solidworks and CAD drawings, patterns, and BOMs (Bill of Materials).

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure feasibility and maneuverability of designs.
• Partner with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve production challenges and ensure quality standards.

1. Prototyping and Testing:

• Oversee prototype development to ensure alignment with technical specifications.
• Conduct fit sessions, evaluate samples, and refine designs based on testing and feedback.

1. Quality Assurance:

• Establish and maintain quality standards for production.
• Conduct per-production checks to ensure specifications are met consistently.

1. Documentation and Communication:

• Maintain accurate documentation of design revisions and specifications.
• Communicate technical requirements clearly with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

1. Problem-Solving:

• Identify and address potential production issues early in the design process.
• Implement innovative solutions to optimize product performance and maneuverability.
