The Digital Marketing Head will lead the organization’s digital marketing efforts, setting the overall strategy and overseeing the execution of all online marketing campaigns. This role involves managing a team, optimizing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across digital platforms. The successful candidate will drive online traffic, improve customer acquisition, and ensure high engagement and conversion rates through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development & Implementation:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all online platforms (social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, etc.).
  • Align marketing strategies with business goals to drive traffic, conversions, and sales.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
  1. Team Leadership & Management:
  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including content creators, SEO specialists, social media managers, PPC specialists, and analytics experts.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and performance improvement.
  1. Campaign Planning & Execution:
  • Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, display advertising, email marketing, and social media promotions.
  • Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure all marketing materials align with the brand’s vision.
  1. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
  • Set KPIs for digital campaigns and regularly review performance against these metrics.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track, report, and optimize campaigns for better performance.
  • Identify areas for growth and implement strategies to improve engagement and ROI.
  1. SEO & SEM Management:
  • Oversee all search engine optimization (SEO) activities, including keyword research, link building, and technical SEO improvements.
  • Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, ensuring cost efficiency and optimal performance.
  1. Content Marketing & Brand Management:
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, infographics, and videos.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing materials and communication channels.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
  • Monitor spending and return on investment (ROI) for each channel and campaign.
  1. Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product, sales, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Support the company’s overall growth strategy by promoting cross-functional teamwork.
  1. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to personalize marketing efforts and enhance customer journeys.
  • Build and manage customer databases to improve targeting and communication.
  1. Compliance & Best Practices:
  • Ensure that all digital marketing initiatives comply with legal standards, including GDPR and other data privacy laws.
  • Maintain high standards for digital marketing ethics and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of leading successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, CRM systems, marketing automation, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on developing talent.
  • Creative Thinker: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that engage and convert target audiences.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies and results to stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to the fast-changing digital landscape and identify opportunities in new technologies and platforms.
