Summary/Job role: Responsible for all HR internal and external issues and to coordinate with all members.

-: Qualification :-

- MSW/MLW or

- MBA in HR or

- Equivalent Course

-: Experience :-

- Min. 2 to 5 Yr. in relevant field

Responsibilities:

1. Primary responsibility as an HR, to perform key HR functions.

2. To observe and understand, Company’s Vision and Mission. Develop goals and objectives in sync, ensuring Organisation’s Structure, Procedures, Processes and People operate, meeting the requirements.

3. To develop and maintain HR manuals, statutory compliances, processes, forms, guidelines etc.

4. To organise and conduct interviews and other assessments. Conduct follow-ups and candidate selection with relevant functions to ensure efficient execution of company procedures and processes.

5. Ensure accurate and written job descriptions with clear job accountabilities, reporting structures and career paths.

6. To identify training needs, research on available internal/external trainers, develop training modules, organise trainings, maintain records and evaluate effectiveness.

7. To supervise and ensure effective administration through, cordial delegation and review in the areas of Team Health, Safety & Hygiene.

8. Ensure development and maintain accurate employee files.

9. Proactively, provide guidance and counsel Team for cordial inter personnel and management relationship, ensuring uninterrupted functioning of the company operations, leading to Customer Delight.

10. Through execution and review of all above, provide inputs to Management for correcting or improving on required resources for bettering performance in areas identified.

4. Ensures compliance will all statutory requirements.
