Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Email Domain Expert. As an Email Domain Expert at Kreateable, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining email infrastructures, including the setup and configuration of email servers, DNS records, and SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication protocols. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support for email delivery issues, spam filtering, and email security. Additionally, you will stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in email infrastructure management.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of email protocols and standards, including SMTP, POP3, IMAP, and MIME
• Experience with email servers such as Postfix, Exim, Sendmail, or Microsoft Exchange
• Familiarity with DNS configuration and management
• Knowledge of Mailchimp, Amazon ses, bravo, SendGrid
• Understanding of spam filtering techniques and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

• This is a contract position and will require 1 hours daily on WFH basis.
