Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development:
Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to the real estate industry.
Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Online Advertising:
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.
Allocate budgets effectively and monitor ad performance.
Content Marketing:
Develop engaging and relevant content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics, to attract and educate potential clients.
Implement a content calendar and ensure consistency in messaging.
Social Media Management:
Oversee our social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Create and share compelling content to increase engagement and followers.
Email Marketing:
Build and maintain an email marketing strategy to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
Design visually appealing and effective email campaigns.
SEO and Website Optimization:
Optimize our website for search engines to improve organic traffic and visibility.
Monitor website performance and implement improvements.
Lead Generation:
Implement lead generation strategies, including lead magnets, landing pages, and call-to-action buttons.
Analyze lead data to improve conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
Use data-driven insights to make continuous improvements.
Outreach: Develop, support, and execute on strategic outreach to bloggers, influencers, listicle owners to get backlinks
Creating strategies for new customer acquisition, ideating and executing multi-channel growth strategies using affiliate marketing

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing,

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
