1. Job Posting & Sourcing:
o Create and post job openings on job boards, company websites, and social media platforms.
o Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking events.
2. Screening & Shortlisting:
o Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.
o Conduct phone interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
3. Interview Coordination:
o Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
o Assist in the preparation of interview questions and ensure smooth interview processes.
4. Candidate Communication:
o Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing feedback and updates throughout the recruitment process.
o Ensure a positive candidate experience by addressing questions and providing timely responses.
5. Offer Management & Onboarding:
o Extend job offers to selected candidates and coordinate employment agreements.
o Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, contracts, and orientation materials.
6. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting:
o Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
o Report on recruitment performance and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
7. Performance Management:
o Support the performance review process, including tracking goals, assisting with feedback, and maintaining records.
o Help coordinate and implement employee development programs to address performance gaps.
8. HR Reporting & Analytics:
o Generate HR reports on key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and training needs.
o Track employee leave balances, absences, and ensure accurate documentation for compliance purposes.
9. Employee Engagement & Retention:
o Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to promote a positive workplace culture.
o Support retention initiatives through regular communication, feedback collection, and addressing employee concerns.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
o Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD) are a plus.
• Experience:
o 2-5 years of experience in HR recruitment and general HR administration.
o Prior experience in recruitment, on boarding, payroll, and employee relations, Posh policies understanding and implementing, Salary negotiations, off boarding form realities.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficient with HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards.
o Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR analytics tools.
• Soft Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both employees and external candidates.
o Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work independently.
• Other Requirements:
o Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
o Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
o Proactive and results-driven attitude, with a focus on improving recruitment processes and HR operations.
