Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various IT technologies, domains, and client requirements. This role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.

* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and align recruitment strategies.

* Source potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

* Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.

* Handle recruitment for diverse IT domains, technologies, and clients with precision and speed.

* Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

* Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.

* Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in IT recruitment and technology.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1-3 years of proven experience as an IT Recruiter.

* Strong understanding of IT technologies, domains, and industry practices.

* Familiarity with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements simultaneously.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

* Experience in building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates.
