Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team at KothariTech. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and effectively communicating the value of our services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a passion for exceeding targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry publications.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling strategies.
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our target market and service offerings.
  1. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings to assess client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to nurture relationships and drive client satisfaction.
  1. Sales Process Management:
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including proposal development, negotiation, and contract signing.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospects, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services.
  1. Market Research and Analysis:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to digital marketing and SEO.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in sales, preferably in the IT digital marketing or related industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
