Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand their design requirements and objectives.
2. Create visually appealing designs, illustrations, and layouts using various graphic design software, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw.
3. Develop design concepts, sketches, and mock-ups to present to clients or team members for review and feedback.
4. Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to designs to meet project goals and client expectations.
5. Design and produce a wide range of marketing collateral, such as logos, brochures, banners, social media graphics, presentations, and website graphics.
6. Ensure that designs are consistent with brand guidelines and maintain a high level of quality and professionalism.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools to continuously improve your skills and deliver innovative designs.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, web developers, and marketing specialists, to ensure design consistency across different platforms.
9. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
10. Prepare final design files for print or digital distribution, ensuring they are optimized for the intended medium.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
2. Strong proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Corel Draw.
3. Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout design, and other graphic design principles.
4. Solid understanding of print and digital design processes, file formats, and best practices.
5. Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with an eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively in a team environment.
7. Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
8. Time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
9. Experience in creating designs for both print and digital platforms.
10. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating technical skills and creative abilities.
