Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team at KothariTech. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in business development, preferably in the IT digital marketing or related industry. This individual will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and effectively communicating the value of our services.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, networking events, and industry publications.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling strategies.
- Qualify leads to ensure alignment with our target market and service offerings.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Conduct discovery calls and meetings to assess client needs and present tailored solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to nurture relationships and drive client satisfaction.
- Proposal Development and Presentation:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospects, effectively articulating the value proposition of our services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to close deals while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies related to digital marketing and SEO.
- Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- Reporting and Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, lead status, and client interactions using CRM software.
- Prepare regular reports and forecasts to track sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in business development, preferably in the IT digital marketing or SEO industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
