This is a senior-level position with mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time employment opportunity.

- Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT industry
- Strong knowledge of bench sales processes and best practices

- Actively source, screen, and recruit top talent for bench positions
- Identify potential consultants through various channels and maintain a strong pipeline
- Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidates' technical skills and suitability for specific projects
- Negotiate rates, benefits, and other employment terms with consultants
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and match consultants accordingly
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants to ensure their availability for future opportunities
- Stay updated with market trends and industry standards related to bench sales and IT consulting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and job placements
