As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment and placement of consultants on projects with our clients. This is a senior-level position with mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India and is a full-time employment opportunity.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT industry
  • Strong knowledge of bench sales processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Actively source, screen, and recruit top talent for bench positions
  • Identify potential consultants through various channels and maintain a strong pipeline
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidates' technical skills and suitability for specific projects
  • Negotiate rates, benefits, and other employment terms with consultants
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and match consultants accordingly
  • Build and maintain relationships with consultants to ensure their availability for future opportunities
  • Stay updated with market trends and industry standards related to bench sales and IT consulting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and job placements
